Delete your LAYX account

LAYX is published by Three Guys s.r.o. (Slovak Republic, EU). You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time, inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open the LAYX app and sign in (if you are signed out, tap Restore with 12 words).
2. Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

LAYX has no email address, phone number or password — your account is identified only by your 12-word recovery phrase. Without those words nobody, including us, can prove an account is yours, so deletion has to be done from the app. If you have your 12 words but no longer have the app, reinstall it, restore with your words, and delete.

What is deleted

• Your profile (callsign, bio, avatar)
• Your Vault items, their photos and all encrypted private details and receipts
• Your Drops and their photos
• Your messages, devices, push tokens and public keys
• Reports you filed

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted database backups: kept for a rolling maximum of 7 days, then purged automatically.
